While working in development at Ricochet Television as a junior editor, I was brought onto production research for It’s Me or the Dog due to my editorial skills. I was tasked with editing audition tapes and casting materials for the show's contributors, helping shape how potential participants were presented to producers and execs. My ability to cut compelling, character-driven edits made me a valuable asset beyond development, contributing directly to the casting and pre-production process for a high-profile returning series.
